They will be the providers of stellar patient services and demonstrate evidence-based, holistic, effective, and efficient care. The recipients will be those who strive for improved services despite adversary and challenges in managing care delivery at the coalface.

Judicious use of available resources.
Strives for improved services in acute setting.
