NURSE INNOVATOR / RESEARCH CONTRIBUTION

Nurse-led initiative/audit or innovation that made a significant difference to patient care/outcomes.

Aim

Show case a service, operational system or innovation that has improved, or has the potential to significantly improve the quality and safety of patient care. The award welcomes nominations at all stages of development, however preference is for projects already implemented or in the advanced stages of development, with proven measurable impact.

Evaluation criteria

Application provides evidence of:

Creativity and originality of the idea.
Sustainability and value for money.
Benefit(s) of the proposed solution over current solutions.
Impact on patient outcomes.

In no more than 350 words please provide the justification for nominating the intended recipient (s).

Why this Nurse or Team should be considered and deserves this recognition of excellence.
